Dofas Office Furniture has been supplying and fitting quality office products since 1993. We pride ourselves on delivering first class office solutions for contract, public, and private sector companies across the North West.

From our 8,000 sq ft showroom in Liverpool City Centre we display and stock a wide range of office desking, seating, storage, reception furniture and display equipment. We also house a large selection of quality used office furniture at bargain prices.  

Our friendly and helpful sales team will be happy to assist with your enquiries and advise products from our extensive range.

Terms and Conditions

For non stock or bespoke or specific size requirements or colour specific items.

All items of furniture that have to be ordered by DOFAS Ltd i.e. specific colour or size cannot be cancelled once our order has been placed with manufacturers.

There is a grace period of 3 Working Days once customer has placed the order and DOFAS Ltd has placed the order with manufacturers ***

** Exclusion to this are Screens and Chairs. No grace period as cloth is cut straight away.             

Cancellation charges as follows:

  • Order placed but cancelled within the 3 Working days - 0%     

  • Order placed but cancelled before production - 10%

  • Order is in production - 75%       

  • Order is complete and ready for delivery - 100%

 

Once Goods have been delivered and in good condition and not faulty, we cannot accept goods back.

RESERVATION OF TITLE OWNERSHIP OF THE GOODS THAT HAVE BEEN DELIVERED WILL BE TRANSFERRED TO THE PURCHASER ONLY AFTER ALL OBLIGATIONS TO DOFAS LIMITED (HEREINAFTER CALLED “THE COMPANY”), INCLUDING SETTLEMENT OF ACCOUNT, HAVE BEEN MET BY THE PURCHASER, NOTWITHSTANDING THAT THE OWNERSHIP MAY NOT BE PASSED, THE RISK IN THE GOODS PASSES ON DELIVERY. ALL SALES MADE BY THE PURCHASER OF THE COMPANY’S GOODS SHALL BE SALES BY THE PURCHASER AS BAILEE ON BEHALF OF THE COMPANY (NOTWITHSTANDINGTHAT THE PURCHASER SHALL STILL BE LIABILE FOR PAYMENT AND OBLIGATIONS TO THE COMPANY UNTIL PAYMENTS TO THE COMPANY HAVE BEEN DISCHARGED).

WE ALSO RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CHARGE LATE PAYMENT FEES ON ANY UNPAID  CREDIT INVOICES THAT ARE OVERDUE By 30 DAYS .LATE FEES ARE  CHARGED AS FOLLOWS  5% PER MONTH OF NETT FIGURE STARTING FROM THE DATE THE INVOICE BECAME DUE.THIS FEE IS PURLEY TO COVER COSTS ON ADMINISTATION FOR COLLECTING UNPAID INVOICES.

We have been more than happy with Dofas since we started using their services last year. Our stationery costs have significantly reduced and the quality of their products is always excellent.
