All items of furniture that have to be ordered by DOFAS Ltd i.e. specific colour or size cannot be cancelled once our order has been placed with Manufacturers.

There is a grace period of 3 Working Days once customer has placed the order and DOFAS Ltd has placed the Order with Manufacturers ***

** Exclusion to this are Screens and Chairs .No grace period as cloth is cut straight away.

             

Cancellation Charges as Follows:

• Order placed but cancelled within 3 Working days - 0%   

• Order placed but cancelled before production-10%

• Order is in Production-75%       

• Order is Complete and Ready for Delivery-100%

Once goods have been delivered and in good condition and not faulty, the goods cannot be accepted back. Returns will only be accepted if item is faulty upon delivery.
